1st Priority Home Inspections was created to serve the South Metro Atlanta Real Estate Market. Owned and Operated by Bobby & Janie Fowler, you will have two sets of eyes present at your inspection. Having passed the National Home Inspector Examination & ITA training, Bobby's Inspections meet or exceed the Standards of Practice & Code of Ethics as set forth by The American Society of Home Inspectors. Janie's training and experience in Real Estate make her an excellent assistant.

Prior to entering into the Home Inspection field, Bobby was employed by a major Healthcare Company involved with Environmental Health & Safety Management. In this position Bobby's experience with performing regular environmental, maintenance & safety related inspections, audit inspections and employee training in three Atlanta Distribution Facilities as well as his general interest in Construction and Home Improvement, gave him the desire to enter the Home Inspection field.
