Even though I try to be observant and detail oriented, I felt better having Bobby and Janie take a hard look at things in my 'new home to be'. They are very aware of what types of items to look for , and where the 'gotchas' may be hidden. I appreciated 1st Priority's suggestions to have other specific contractors look at several items to give me a good feel for the costs involved in fixing a couple of 'problem' areas. I took their suggestion and feel much better about my proposed purchase.
