Your Home Inspection is Our 1st Priority
Through our agreements with Brink's Home Security & American Home Warranty Company, we can arrange for an inspection of your homes existing security system & give you a Limited Home Warranty at no additional charge and no obligation.
You are welcome to be present for the entire inspection but for the convenience of you and your agent we are Supra Key equipped. This means we can arrive before you and your agent to complete most of the inspection before you arrive. We suggest you be there if possible for the last hour so we can discuss our findings and the homes maintenance requirements. If you are not able to be there, we will work with you and your agent to insure that you have a thorough understanding of our findings.
We will perform a visual inspection of the major structural, mechanical & electrical components of the Home in a non-evasive way. This will include all systems that are available and recommended by National Standards & The American Society of Home Inspectors. We will concentrate on the major deficiencies if found, those that may pose a health or safety threat and any minor problems that are observed.
Your detailed report will be prepared and discussed with you onsite. We are always just a phone call away if you have any additional questions afterward.
Our fees are competitive and are based on the type, age, size and complexity of the Home. The cost of your Home Inspection will be a terrific value and we are certain that you will be satisfied with your decision to have Your Home Inspected by a Professional Home Inspector.
