You are welcome to be present for the entire inspection but for the convenience of you and your agent we are Supra Key equipped. This means we can arrive before you and your agent to complete most of the inspection before you arrive if you choose. We suggest you be there if possible for the last hour so we can discuss our findings and the homes maintenance requirements. If you are not able to be there, we will work with you and your agent to insure that you have your detailed report and a thorough understanding of our findings.
